Looking back at my AS practical work the research was very different as in AS we done teen movies and had to research stereotypical characters however in A2 we are more focused on one genre which in a way has made the research easier however more thinking process has gone into A2 research. For example in AS we knew that the target audience was teenagers ranging from young teens to older teens, in A2 however we need to have a precise target audience but also how we will target other audiences.

My research skills have developed from AS as the research in A2 is more in detail and in depth, the research in A2 is more important to have as in AS we were able to improvise but in A2 we are not able to do that. Also having done very detailed research then helps with the planning as we have a goal and a vision of how we want our music video to be.

Also for the research I have been using many different ICT platforms to present my work which in AS I did not use as much and this has helped my research be clear to the reader on what my thoughts/ideas/views are.
